Keiko Mecherie is one of my long time favorites houses. I have purchased many bottles new. Initially part of the "Bespoke Collection," this scent was inducted into the "Les Merveilles" range in 2016. The scent is woody-spicy.
Notes: Javanese vetiver, tobacco, toffee notes, precious woods, benzoin tears.
While there is an Oriental element, this doesn't cross into oozing heavy overbearing sweetness. The powder notes are present top to bottom.
This is from my personal collection and I have sprayed it a few times. It is just lovely. I show a photo with the bottle tilted so you can see through the very dark brown bottle the level of perfume. Almost full. The box is very difficult to photograph as it is so shiny it is like a black mirror and shows every spec of dust. The box has some minor scratches from storage on the opening part, where the box stood upright in a storage box. I circled the scratches in one photo. |
